When creating a flyer for your event, whether it be a Global Show, an Official H2H or PK Battle, or Talent / Challenge Beams you want to get the most information pertaining to your event on the flyer for people to see on it so not only people who regularly see you can attend the event, but for the most exposure possible.
Common Mistakes
One of the common mistakes I see on most flyers is not seeing the broadcaster’s name and Streaming Media ID# on the flyer. Above, I have posted a couple of common flyers I see on streaming media broadcaster’s flyers.
The names of each of the broadcasters and their ID numbers will help do the following:
- Current supporters can share the flyers on their profile page, social media page, shared calendar, or website page (like this one) and gain new support for their favorite broadcaster
- Potential new supporters of the broadcaster(s) to look up by ID number the broadcaster(s) they want to support.
Another issue I often see on flyers is the time and date of the special event that is being promoted. It is very important for not only your viewers to see what time you are going on, but for potentially new people to see what time you are normally on for your regular shows, an especially important for when you have special events outside of your regular time.
For some of you, you may have many supporters from many different regions of the world, and may want to place all the timezones of all your supporters on your flyers. What would be more effective would be to direct your supporters to this website (tripsangels.987blissfm.com), and have them look at the calendar so they can see all the events going on in their timezone.

A proper flyer will have the following:
- The name and streaming media ID#: of the broadcaster(s). If more than one, you should have room to place the information for all your broadcasters.
- The native time of your performance, and the time in EST and PST (if you are directing your performance towards US residents). Consider using Flags instead of writing down the name of the countries you are targeting your broadcasts towards.
- If you are a member of Trips’ Angels, you should put at the bottom of the flyer “For More Information: go to tripsangels.987blissfm.com”, or save the appropriate QR code from this page, and place in your graphics editing program (Canva, Photoshop)
Notes: When you promote the site, your followers can get to go to the website, and see all the events listed on the main page in their own time zone, eliminating the need to place down all of the timezones you would want to place within your flyer. This is a win-win situation for you as a broadcaster and for all of the members of the Angel Movement, and for our website.
